Form is a trampoline-free, mat-based sculpt class that blends rhythm, flow, and functional strength work. This beat-based class uses a combination of light weights, bands, and small apparatus (depending on what Rachel introduces) to create fluid, full-body sequences that build gradually throughout the session.
Expect grounding movements, rhythmic repetition, deep muscle activation, and a strong mind–body connection. You’ll move to the music, build a complete sequence over 45–50 minutes, and leave feeling lengthened, energized, and fully in your body. It’s playful, creative, and intentionally designed to help you move with precision and rhythm.
